The Association of Accredited Locksmiths has been established to provide the public with the re-assurance that when selecting a locksmith displaying
the Association Logo, they do so in confidence that the engineer has been carefully vetted and has:
. No criminal record.
. Up to date Public Liability Insurance.
. Provided at least 2 work references that have been undertaken and verified.
. Agreed to follow a strict set of rules as displayed on Our Rules page.
The Association of Accredited Locksmiths has been set up and run by two practising locksmiths, both based in the North West of England, for the benifit of honest locksmiths and to re-assure members of the public.
Unlike other 'vetted' associations the main income of the two main partners actually comes from being locksmiths, not from over-charging their members.
